Aggravated that despite hitting the gym like crazy this week, there's been no improvement. August sees me starting off at a net loss of 3.8 pounds for 2015. When the New Year started, I said I wanted to lose 10 pounds for the year, but its looking like that may need to be reconsidered. Smaller goal of 5 for the year would still be exciting for me, as my biggest issue was maintaining rather than losing.

Working on getting better at staying away from the bad stuff.

170.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
