Not too disappointed with the weight gain, expected with being on holiday. Had a disaster with the putting up the tent after arrival on the campsite in Cromer. The airbeams wouldn't blow up on the tentand on inspection the the blow up tubes had perished and split. (Kampa have replaced all the air beams in 2days from first complaint/contact. So we made a decision to come back on Saturday as we could not repair the tent. We then have had days out from home.

For Sugar Waffle, we have been to Kedleston, Calke Abbey and Gunby Hall. All very different from a run down house, to a well to do country squire type house, to the Ultimate in Country Houses. We had a cup of tea and a piece of cake at each one. It's becoming a bit of a tradition. Kedleston is my wife's favourite.

Hopefully back on track this week. Onwards and downwards!
242.0 lb Lost so far: 69.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
