1288 kcal Fat: 30.78g | Prot: 45.36g | Carb: 140.56g.   Breakfast: coffee, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, Special K Blueberry Cereal. Lunch: string cheese part skimmed snacks sargento, banana, great value mixed fruit cup. Dinner: sweet potato, ice cream sandwich, sweet leaf green tea, harvestland chicken thigh, coffee, preserved lemons, Black Olives, low sodium chicken broth. Snacks/Other: merlot wine, Fiber Therapy. more...
