Well quarterly crisis is somewhat under control; at least for now. Got a letter calling me for Jury duty again. Not sure why the courts like to pick on me.
142.2 lb Lost so far: 127.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
