Ok, it's true, I still have not been exercising like I should be. I have been trying to be really good about my meals and my portions though. I started working out again this week, and today gives me motivation to do more! I actually lost another pound! I'm shocked really. It's not easy for me to lose weight after I hit 130. It seems that's where my body wants to sit...but I know I'm not totally healthy at that weight. Not where I want to be. So I'm really shocked that it went down a whole pound just from working out a little bit. I guess I'll be hitting the treadmill tonight for sure!
128.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.3 lb a week
