Have managed to exercise 4 times a week for past 6 weeks:-)Starting to see some results- my old fav jeans can almost close...woop woop!Now really need to get serious about clean eating-definitely need to add more greens.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 82.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.7 lb a week
