Well very happy lost another lb. I am a step closer to seeing what is wrong with my legs swelling had a Doppler that is showing my valves in my legs are not closing properly. So next step to see someone in vascular
217.0 lb Lost so far: 113.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes HCB beening a nurse has its benefits :) I used to be a horrible patient because as a nurse you never take the advise you should but I learned the hard way long time ago that almost cost me my life so no more playing around with my health.
