Never thought I would see the 150's! I was stuck so long in the 160's. Just cut out some of my carbs, noticed most of my snacks were carbs. Not on a low carb diet, but kinda had an aha moment that all those carbs were holding me back, and it looks like it was right. My new favorite snack/dessert is unsweetened vanilla almond milk and sugar-free/fat free vanilla pudding with one tsp of real vanilla. One cup of the milk is only 40 calories and it's pretty low in carbs. Like I said, not doing "Low Carb" diet, just watching them a little closer. Still walking 2-3 x's a wk and doing tennis once a week. I don't want to have to work really hard to keep the weight off, so what ever weight I end up stopping at (thought it was going to be the 160's), I'm good at. Wearing size 12 pants. I will always have to watch what I eat, but after journaling it for so long, I'm good at it and keep on it. I eat what I want, just watch the calories and now carbs. Eating does not control me and hasn't for quite a few yrs now. I'm happy!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
