Since Saturday evening my diet has been in the can. I know I have been weak but things are about to change very soon. Finding my motivation. It is time now for me to get back in to weight training.
177.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
