ONE-derland !!! 198... I made it ... there is no going back!!! YAYYAYYAYYAY.. I even feel lighter LOL. hard work really does pay off.. its all down hill from here.. OMG OMG OMG.. so happy today.. Goals for the week : work out/walk everyday and take Saturday off for Mikes bday, water water water bc I met my goal 60 oz a day 5 outta 7 days last week which is huge, log everything and don't cheat. OH and watch it on Friday bc we are going out. CHEERS to everyone ! Happy Monday
198.0 lb Lost so far: 108.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
