I had a relative visiting this weekend...which turned my diet upside down, but I still managed to lose 1 lb this week. We went to a concert Saturday night...and split mozarella cheese sticks! I was bad, but tried to keep my bad choices to a minimum. We had been so busy all day, however, that we had skipped a meal. Calorie wise, I was still in range, although some of the food I had wasn't really a healthy choice. Today I'm back on routine. 2 lbs away from my 40 lb by December 3rd goal!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks! Slowly but surely, I'm getting there. I have to admit...those mozarella cheese sticks were good. lol I stayed on track today.

Real life means we veer off course on occasion ... or perhaps we just take side trips!! As long as we stay "on course" most of the time I think in the long run we'll do fine!!! I'm excited for you!!
