Last week wasn't the best week, since I indulged in more Krispy Kreme doughnuts than needed, but I am happy that I'm still losing a little weight. At the rate I'm going I will not meet my goal of losing the weight I want before the wedding, but I'm happy that I'm actually losing weight and not gaining.
160.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
