I've stuck to this, pretty much 100%, but I'm so swollen, that I haven't weighed myself. Sorry, I wanted to do well. I'm just now, the last few days, starting to get my eating under control.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1863 kcal Fat: 58.54g | Prot: 91.87g | Carb: 262.77g.   Breakfast: orange juice, banana, Instant Grits Butter, Oscar Mayer bacon bits, butter buds. Lunch: Yoplait delight, yo plus. Dinner: Land o Lakes whipped butter, Lite Olive Oil Vinaigrette, Russet potato,  Lemon flavor splash, Oscar Mayer bacon bits, dole, Beef steak. Snacks/Other: Smart pop, skinny cow, Diet Pepsi (20 oz Bottle), Diet Coke (32 oz), Whole Grain White Bread, Jif, decaf with non dairy creamer, Hard boiled eggs, Lite coffee with non dairy creamer. more...
