recently started again , im eating loads of veggies , cut out carbs completely except for puy lentils,and eating protein, drinking lots of water and exercising 30 minutes every day on a crosstrainer machine.
351.9 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 131.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.3 lb a week
