No words... I'm just spiraling out of control. And I have a 7-day cruise coming, too. That could push me to 200. Do Something Kristy!!
191.6 lb Lost so far: 31.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week

This is a new day and it can be what you want....just choose to make it one that begins a fresh start!

Snap out of it girl! Now make a plan and get to it. Write down all the reasons why you want to lose weight and put it where you can see it. Go to pinterest.com and type in "fitness motivation or inspiration". They have great quotes, recipes, pics etc. Get in some physical activity. Now get to it!!!!
