Fledgist's Journal, 23 August 2011

I did half an hour in the gym yesterday. I'd had a really tiring day, so I didn't feel like doing any more. I did 50 minutes on Sunday. I feel back in the groove after a week off. I really did put myself through it too.

Down another half-pound too. Little by little, I approach the target.
197.2 lb Lost so far: 139.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You sure are. Wow you are doing great. 30 minutes is great and definitely better than not going at all. Every little bit counts. My body is feeling good enough to get at it today too. Happy Tuesday!

Thanks, both. I'm a few steps closer. I hope I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and not an oncoming train.
