I really would like to have a normal functioning internal system. I think I could weigh less. Just a basic movement is all I'm asking for. And I'm already tired of doing ab jam everyday, and its not but 4 days left, well 3 now....its part of my private 2 week challenge to get myself back where I should be. Hard to just do it this morning; i've had to add excerise at night to reduce stress from work. The treadmill doesn't let me cheat. Preparing for Hurricane Irene this weekend. Finding places for animals to be shipped inland for the storm-how do I find my way into this? Made some calls last night...more to do today. Okay...it's time to jan!!!

Post initial journal - yeah! My prayer was answered! Plus I got in an extra 15 minutes of sleep - after my workout! I really needed it. Animals have a home now. Yeah!
