Woke at 213.0, ended at 213.2. Denise’s birthday so had a quarter piece of cake with her after my radio show. Otherwise, cut the calories low today because I did not work out after sleeping less than an hour last night. Water weight is sticking around despite my eating right on target. Hoping that a good night’s sleep tonight will help rid me of it.
