Well I went up, and I knew I would. But that's ok, it was my late honeymoon and the weight will be off before I know it.
196.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.0 lb a week

That's ok Brandi, I did the exact same thing and I lost it when I did Fast Forward for two days, it came right off and I am back to square one. As long as you enjoyed your huband, there is nothing wrong with that. I just told my center that I was not on plan for four days and they were ok with that. I just bit the dust and bought the juice and she had me do Fast Forward instead of Take off and it worked. You can do it...

Oh cool! What exactly is fast forward? I haven't heard of that one.

It is what you did when you first joined. You eat unlimited proteins and green veggies, cheese, butter, oil. For two days and you drink the juice or use oranges, but you do not eat the bars or any kind of starches, no bread, cereal, etc and of course drink all of your water. It really works, my center told me if you get really off plan it is good to do this every once in awhile.
