I'm back on the wagon! A year behind a desk has crushed my exercise routine and expanded the with of my waistline. I joined a gym and am focused on taking control again. I don't have a diet, only good wholesome food, lean proteins fruits and veggies. Saturdays remain my cheat day! 7 weeks till St. Thomas, bring it!!!
209.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
