Lowest yet today and I'm pretty happy, I had a point where I had gained back 3 pounds since starting so I had chose to stay in induction until I stabilize my weight loss and keep my water up on a daily basis. I know induction is not supposed to be long term but there really isn't a point in adding more carbs if I was gaining weight without them. It's a learning thing for me, I have to teach myself to drink enough water and to eat right and plan properly...I've got plenty of time to get it right :)

Diet Calendar Entry for 22 August 2011:
1167 kcal Fat: 94.13g | Prot: 56.24g | Carb: 35.13g.   Breakfast: natural ground pork, almond flour , heavy whipping cream, Cooked Cauliflower (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking). Lunch: green bell pepper, spinach, Banana Pepper Rings, celery, broccoli, creamy ranch dressing. Dinner: green beans, chicken tenderloins, sour cream, Black olive. Snacks/Other: stevia, Iced tea. more...

I think staying on induction works. I stayed on it for months teaching myself to eat more veggies. It worked! You are doing great!

Thank you :) I think my first mini-goal is getting below 200. Only 4 pounds to go! I figured it was a better decision to stay in induction than upping my carbs without first controlling myself making sure I get the veggies and water I desperately need.
