I haven't worked out at all in about a week, and haven't really been 'monitoring' what I eat, but today I decided to weigh myself just for the heck of it. I'm pretty much the same, so why am I really torturing myself? Last week I ate pretty much whatever I wanted. This week I'm trying to make better choices, but I don't even want most of what I had planned to eat, including my protein smoothies, which are actually pretty good for the most part and so I end up not eating it. If I stay the same no matter what I eat, exercise or not, am I really seeing any progress? I know I've told myself and others have told me as well to not pay attention to that little metal (in my case glass) box so much, but I swear it is driving me totally N. U. T. S. to not see any movement.
230.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 55.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think it will be always hard, i lose weight very slowly... so its frustrating, i can understand. But everything has reasons, just go on! The first time we have to fight everyday. :) you will do it!

Don't stop!!! Remember it took a lot of time to gain ,so it will take some time to take it off.
