Ever noticed how when you start doing the right stuff, at the right time, in the right moment that you expect the weight to magically remove itself? Welcome to my reality this morning on the scale. I seriously expected to be near 5lbs down. I was down, and thankful, just expected more. :/

Struggled a little getting up this morning --- finally got my butt outta bed and onto the elliptical for the morning run.


234.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Great job! Realistic expectations for weight loss is one or two pounds a week. Anything more is pretty darned great!!!
