Ok, back from vacation. Time to get back on track. I wasn't completely TERRIBLE - I stayed active (scuba diving, gym, tons of walking) and stayed super hydrated, but I ate far too many calories.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
