Congrats on being below 200! I am so sorry I missed the 'big day'. I am so happy for you. Enjoy the feeling of accomplishment as you continue to work at this new lifestyle.

Thanks! It does feel like a huge achievement. It also is a major lifestyle change. A lot of it involves cutting back on eating meat (no red meat, very little chicken or pork, occasional fish and seafood). Bill Clinton is advocating a strictly vegan diet. I won't go that far, but I will agree that a mainly vegetarian diet is healthier.
