slight dip but pms is once again kicking my ass. I'm eliminating as much sodium from my diet as possible and staying hydrated. I don't feel as bloated as in the past but definitely more than in my normal days. but just riding this out and hoping my weight drops again.
114.9 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
