Carb load last night. I figure if cutting isn't working maybe I need to shake it up. I know Nicho will give me there gears. :) Did even count the calories.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
