amazeballs!!! dropped a bit again! yay!
hoping now I've found some balanced macros to support my goals. as my week is behind a desk and on a chair all day I keep things low and then weekends are for enjoying a bit more.

here's hoping that it keeps going in this direction!
114.0 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
