Last week I got my evening snacking under control. I don't know why or how but it is a refief. I did notice it with a weight loss. BUT on the weekend when I brought the halloween candy out I had a major issue. Something about it being visual and right there. Yesterday I dropped the choc bars off at a friend's and today brought the rest of the chips into work.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
