Didn't realize it had been quite that long since I logged in. No really good excuses, just hit a "patch" with end of semester/summer classes/new social life. Re-started yesterday with food controls so next week should be back to the low 190s I would expect.

All is well...
198.2 lb Lost so far: 33.8 lb.    Still to go: 53.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
