Well even with 3 high carb days I still managed to keep my weight pretty even. I am surprised the scale was this nice to me. I thought for sure I would be up a few pounds. Glad I am not. Maybe if I can stay low carb for 5-7 days in a row I'll actually finally make the 50 lb loss mark.
