I am not worrying about the slight gain. Reason for this? That time of the month is approaching so I am not putting too much stock in it. I know it will go away. I looked at my fitness planner today and I can't help but feel such a strong sense of pride. Yes, in the second week of this month, I ended up barely working out which in turn made me restart the second week on the T25 program but I am still proud. Now, I just need to start getting in my evening workouts and all will be well. I know I can do it...I just need to get into making it a habit. Anyhow, on to finishing up this day strong.
Daily Summary *Focus T25: Stretch was soooo nice today. It felt good to stretch out all those worked muscles. Some moves were a little hard because my thighs were screaming from being worked so hard yesterday so I had to take frequent breaks in certain moves but I made it through with a decent burn.
Plank: 45 second plank. Whew...this was a hard one for me but I had managed it. I definitely could feel it in my obliques. I keep telling myself that I can do this even though I know it's going to get harder...but you know...I can't give up.
