First half marathon two weeks away. I feel good since I've already logged in a few runs that are 10+ miles. No knee problems this year, so that makes me even more hopeful
162.7 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
