Good morning everyone...I hope you all had a great weekend. I was pretty busy, but unfortunately I did not get to work out very much. My husband and I had a lot of functions to go to like birthdays, aikido events, etc. I feel like it was all a blur. B/c I was not able to work out very much, I am looking forward to going to my step class and working out at the boxing gym. I am trying to make myself eat more calories since I'm doing heavier workouts. My hubby bought me some protein shake powder and I think that may help. I'm just so afraid to consume more calories b/c it's just in my head that the added calories will stunt my loss, but hey, I haven't been losing that much anyway. I've got to get over this hump I'm on. Wish me luck this week and hopefully a loss will occur this week. Happy Smashing!!!

Don't be scared of the extra calories, it might be just what you need:) Protein powder is a great, low calorie way to supplement in some extra protein to your diet, good stuff!
