I haven't eaten much of anything lately. The issues at the house are very uncomfortable. Mostly with my ex's brother in-law. I just try to stay away from him and stay in the basement when we are both home.

308.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb. Still to go: 58.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
