i'm i seem to be stalling or slowing down ( at least in the last few days).
I'll have to look at what i'm eating agian to see where the hidden carbs are.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.8 lb a week

try to exercise more or differently whenever u hit a plateau...sometimes your body gets used to your food intake and the method in which you exercise...but anyways...CONGRATS ON YOUR WEIGHT LOSS...keep doin' what ur doin!
