Well there is only one way to get there since you are on the way and you know the directions so just do it. How many stairs do you average a day?

Thanks. Not sure about my average stairs yet. For the next few weeks, I would like to work my way up to 4 sets a day plus an afternoon walk. Today, I completed 2 sets and I have one more to go for the day.
