Just can't seem to break the 130s again. :(

**TODAY'S WORKOUT**
1) "30 Day Shred"
2) Bowflex:
-Bicep Curls: (40lb./ea.) 15, 15, 12
-Overhead Press: (50lb./ea.) 15, 15, 15
-Hamstring Curls: (40lb./ea.) 15, 15, 15
-Pulsating Squats: 30
-Butterflies: 15, 15, 15
-Pulsating Butterflies: 20
-Lunges: (50lb. total) 7 ea./side
131.5 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

Stick with your plan...it will move eventually...and you are still building muscle so use a measuring tape to see the inches lost!
