Not too bad considering I had a monster dinner last night. Need to get used to American portions. Also eating breakfast and not intermittent fasting which isn't going well for my digestion. I miss my fasting! So had a big breakfast and will skip lunch or just have something small.
116.0 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.2 lb a week

This is my first time off my normal IF schedule in months and I am not happy! Neither is my body to be honest - it's too much food going on. But I'm on a business trip for the week so I'm having to follow a different schedule than mine. Plus with the jet lag my body is totally confused. Just a couple more days and I'm home and can go back to normal thankfully.
