I changed the day of my weigh-in to Monday because it corresponds with my challenges. This caused me to go up a pound, but expect just a normal fluctuation.

Failed all of my challenges this week. Failure makes me angry. Failure makes me more determined to succeed. Failure makes me want to come back with a vengeance.

Just watch me!
167.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Go Buffy!!! I think we are all probably heavier on a Monday as we do tend to eat a higher volume of food over the weekends, but don't worry it will all sort itself out soon enough - just keep going!!!
