Every time I go to Mom's I end up raiding the peanut M&M jar. I have such a candy addiction. I didn't overeat yesterday even though we had Chinese takeout. I didn't really enjoy it that much and I got full fast, which is a good sign that maybe my appetite is decreasing.

Last night I stayed up late watching that series about 600-lb people. It's like my obsession with hoarding shows. I see how bad things could get and it makes me want to get off my ass and do something about it.
208.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 58.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.5 lb a week

I had Chinese last night too. I was sure to order some veggie-filled dishes. I stayed away from the honey walnut prawns, which are tasty, but little sugar bombs! I tried a new dish with shrimp and asparagus that was great and ended up filling up on that mostly. While I filled up, I made mostly healthy choices, so I felt pretty good about it. Luckily, no one had any peanut M&Ms nearby...
