I'm kinda nervous about today. Today is my anniversary and I am really afraid I'm going to eat too much, or be so selective to avoid that and anger my husband. I guess I'll just have to see how it goes! And I guess one day of indulging can't be THAT bad...
273.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 113.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
