Woohoo! Summer break starts today!! Re - joined Weight Watchers. Excited to start going to the meetings again. I really want to re - focus and loose. Before dropping out of WW....I was like a sponge absorbing the info at the meetings.
Question.....Unfortunately I am a binger. What can be a "go to" when a binge strikes?

I am so excited for you. This is your summer and it's not even summer quite yet. :)

Exercise when a binge strikes, brush your teeth, drink water, drink no sugar tea, call a friend, talk to someone who will support you. If you are hungry all the time while trying to lose weight, check your nutrition. Too many processed carbs and products can set you up for cravings.

I was helped a lot by removing most of the tempting foods from the house (much to the chagrin of my daughter!). I found snacks that the kids liked that I would not be likely to overeat. It has been a process, but I have found a bunch of healthier snacks that I can eat when that mood strikes--yogurt, cheese sticks, nuts. I keep the fridge stocked up with veggies and fruit and try to eat that to fill up rather than snacking. Good luck to you! :)
