Great workout at the gym last night which shows in my drop in weight. Ate really good yesterday too. Had Salmon & Asparagus for lunch. Not on my HCG plan but I still eat foods that are good for me and have healthy oils / fats in them. 10 days... 11.7 pounds to go.
171.7 lb Lost so far: 21.9 lb.    Still to go: 21.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
