Today I'm making a promise to myself to eat better and smarter. I need to lose at least 30lbs. I pray to lose at least 10lbs in this 30days (June 26) and try to take it like that from here on out. I'm promising myself to be more active in order to help lose the weight.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
