Things are getting scary. Although I jogged approximately 9 miles on Saturday and completed my highest total of steps, in addition to playing a hard game of tennis on Sunday, I managed to accumulate weight due to BBQ festivities. I had lots of fun and enjoyed some good eats, particularly a cheeseburger I had on Sunday. Stay tuned, because I do not want to be uncomfortable, I do want to look fit and slim.
