Had a nice surprise of my Mom coming over for a few days :) Ended up having a weird nights sleep so I basically slept through breakfast but still stayed pretty close to my carbs. Almost all from veggies like they are supposed to be. Gonna probably call it an early night with plans tomorrow for my nephew's birthday party. Hopefully my willpower holds with all the goodies...I guess it is like a potluck type thing.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
