First week over and weigh in made me pretty happy - 5 lb lighter. Love it.
Must remember next week won't be as drastic so as not to get discouraged. I always do that. But for now WHOOOHOOOOOO!!! :-D :-D :-D
171.0 lb Lost so far: 17.7 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
