Still continuing with running on Lori's treadmill and I'm gonna start throwing in more pushups, sit ups, and the like. Feeling pretty good about my progress already. =)
164.0 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
