I am not too disappointed that the weight isn't coming off yet. The exercise is working & since I can see slight improvement every day I am motivated to continue. I have decided to work out 6 days a week and make Sunday a day of rest like it should be. Right now I am focused on making the cardio a habit. Once I do that I will start adding more arm & ab exercises. Little by little I will keep an accurate food diary & start also focusing more on diet. It's a process ;)
